Beginning with the holster body itself, the high quality top grain leather is sewn with the smooth side to the interior which allows for a faster draw. Additionally, by designing it this way, the rough-out exterior aids in keeping the holster in place. The holster also features a reinforcing band around the holster body to keep it open which makes for more confident reholstering.
